One of many 'Big' Bedfords, Bedford S Types, in the die-cast ranges of the time. Matchbox released this tiny model in 1956 and deleted it in 1959. It is found in three finishes, orange in matt or gloss or yellow, wheels are always metal on crimped axles.
The yellow versions are harder to find than orange and will get a better price.
This Matchbox was sourced in January 2020 from Warwick & Warwick Ltd auctioneers, it was sold in April 2020 via eBay for £2.20, the box is reproduction
