The FX3 Metropolitan Taxi was made from 1960 to 1964. It was interesting subject choice in 1960 as the newer Austin FX4 taxi was already in production when Lesney modelled this car.

It is found in shades of dark red and maroon with a tan driver and either light or dark grey interior, wheels are either grey or silver plastic. Silver wheel variants get a premium as they are not that common.
