I believe that this car was a US only release, there is a similar car in the UK range - 67b Ford Capri Hot Rocker, but I don't think this one was ever available in the UK. It was briefly in production between 1981 and 1982. This model of Capri being deleted from the Ford range four years earlier in 1974 - makes you think that Lesney was trawling their back-catalogue for new models they could release quickly and cheaply, always a sign of a business in trouble.

The car is a model of the Series 1 Ford Capri with a huge V8 sticking out of the bonnet. Being a 'Rollamatic' there is a tab on one of the wheels which flicks the loose mounted engine block as you push the car along making the engine rock from side to side.
