Sharing its exposed V8 engine with the Hot Rod Jeep, Blue Shark and the Power Boat the 13e Baja Buggy was produced from 1971 to 1978. It is a fairly bland and generic beach buggy with the big V8 rather than the usual VW flat four in the back. The black exhausts example below is a fabulously mint in box version of the most commonly found variant. pale green paint, orange four seat interior, black exhausts and orange flower sticker on the bonnet.
You will also see these with red exhausts, some light green paint, some dark green paint, some with two-seater interiors and some with sunburst or Police labels. Police labels and red interiors are hard to find and two-seater interiors are a little rarer and will fetch a premium.
