Matchbox/Lesney 47c; DAF Tipper Container Truck

This DAF truck was released in 1967 with regular wheels. It was first sea-green/turquoise and later silver although the container has always been yellow. The detachable container roof is either grey or silver and usually missing. In 1970 the truck was converted to Superfast without a change in colour. In 1972 it was deleted.

No version is particularly hard to find, but the regular wheels versions with a sea-green cab tend to be hardest. Superfast models too demand a fair premium
