Matchbox 44c; GMC Refrigerator Truck

This GMC Cab-over steel cab truck was added to the Lesney catalogue in 1967 with black regular wheels. the chassis cab was red and the back body peacock blue. In 1970 the wheels were swapped out for Superfast and the first few Superfast releases kept the same colour scheme. These were few and today they are rare and the high value version for this truck. Most Superfast examples have a yellow chassis-cab and a red box back.

The GMC Refrigerated Truck was deleted in 1971.
