Matchbox 33c; Lamborghini Miura

This is a good representation of this often modelled car with opening doors. You will find it with both regular and Superfast wheels. The regular wheels can be ordinary black plastic wheels or with chromed hubcaps. The Superfast wheels are either narrow or wide. Bodywork can be yellow, light or dark gold or bronze, seats can be off-white or red and some regular wheels versions have the rear engine cover in clear glass, some have frosted glass. All this makes for a lot of listed variations and a wide range of values.

The Lamborghini Miura (33c) was released in 1968 with black plastic wheels and yellow bodywork, the wheels were then changed to chrome hubs. Later regular wheels releases in yellow have the frosted engine cover and just before conversion to Superfast in 1969 the bodywork was recoloured gold. In regular wheels look for yellow with cream interior, chrome hubs and the clear engine cover, red seats with a frosted engine cover or any gold bodywork. With Superfast wheels look out for any yellow bodywork or dark gold with a red interior.
