Matchbox 19g; Peterbilt Cement Truck

The Peterbilt Cement Truck was introduced in 1982 just before the crash. Production continued well into the new ownership of the Matchbox brand and echos of the casting continued well into the 1990s with Matchbox Convoy and Matchbox Collectibles.

The UK made Lesney products are all metallic or non-metallic green with orange or yellow plastic mixer barrels, there is a tampo picture of a man on the door and 'Big Pete' on the sides of the bonnet, this version was continued post Lesney. All the other colours are post-Lesney and will be have been made outside the UK. Values are modest.
