 Matchbox 1-75 Range

This is a stylised representation of the MkII Ferret Scout car with the turret attached. It falls into the sub range of 'Rollamatics'. These were toys with a tab on one of the wheels which when the toy was pushed along a moving feature was activated. In this case the gun turret waves from side to side.

The Weasel was added to the range in 1974 and remained in production up to 1979. The colour was metallic green for the first two years of production and then went to military olive and olive drab. It is known in metallic bronze but these are rare and are the ones to look out for. also look out for metallic green baseplates on military olive bodywork.
