The Vanguards Gold range consists of the eight models shown below. In 1998 Lledo plc took on board the UK distribution of Kyosho models. Their range of 1:43 scale models was specially packaged in Vanguards Gold branded boxes to complement the existing Vanguards range. Lledo prefixed the existing Kyosho model numbers with 'VG', Kyosho suffixed their numbers with a single letter to indicate colour. All the Vanguards Gold models were limited to 3000 pieces, however the arrangement came to an end in 1999 with the demise of the Lledo business. |
